Ok firstly, the bra being too tight isn't really explaining her breast situation. It's a combination of wearing a backsize that's only a LITTLE too small (maybe one size down) paired with a cup size WAY too small. Causing the push-up, spilling out effect.
She's wearing a bra that is small in the cup, large in the back band. For those that don't understand bra sizing, an example: 34DD The 34 stands for 34 inches, her "back size". This is the length of the material that goes around her underbust and back. The DD stands for her cup size, so that actual cup of the bra. Back sizes go up and down in 2". So your sizes generally start from 28", 30", 32", 34", 36" ect until you get to back 44"
Interestingly a 28DD and a 34B are the same size, in the fact that a woman that wears a 28DD will fit into a 34B bra. When the back size goes UP one, the cup size goes DOWN one. A lot of women are wearing bras that are TOO big in the back, and too small in the cup. Example: Women who are ACTUALLY 34B are rare, because a small cup size normally belongs to a more slender person. So someone who is a UK dress size 8 and has 34B bras, is probably wearing the wrong back size. UK dress size 8 generally has women with the back size of 28-32. So she's probably something like a 30D
Now to your actual question: It's not that the bra is too tight. If it were too tight it would actually squish her breasts inwards, and if it was tight enough would reduce the amount of bounce much like a sports bra. It's just the wrong size, the spilling over effect will in fact cause them to bounce more but without the correct cup size to support a "safe landing" as it were. Repeated bouncing without support increases chance of losing the elastic, perkiness of a breast.
More importantly is the fact wearing such a ridiculously wrong size, it won't help her posture. Unless she really makes an effort with her posture, wearing an incorrect bra like this will increase slouching, hunching and general boobs pull front body towards the ground. Bad posture doesn't let your body support your breasts the way they're meant to be supported naturally, and years of bad posture will raise likely hood of sagging. It also causes the illusion of sagging anyway.

A lot of the red flags are there (Asians, bras, comics) but the guy just doesn't sound like Mast, who seems to have had the same infuriating, obnoxious manner of typing since the 2000s.

That doesn't mean I won't obsessively pour over boobs_n_cookies' entire reddit history, of course...

Who knows about the christianity thing, children are being taught evolution in schools now, more and more agnostic/atheists are coming from religious families, globalisation and better communications along with the internet and instant data transfer all lead towards more people questioning the validity of religion, as can be seen by people who throw away their religion or convert to something new. Obviously will take a LONG time.
I suppose same logic can be applied to wearing bras, but I'd be happier if correct bra fitting was made widespread first...
