    or bulgarian split squats




    Plus a bunch of others, all without leaving your house.

    As for the gym, just put headphones in, people usually associate that with "do not disturb"

      Mirrors in the weight room are deceiving. The glass is different and the lighting is specific to make you look better than you do.

                That's not true.

                Also every day means every day I lift which is usually 4-6 days a week. But still, you can easily do various squats daily without over/under training.
                Ehh if you can do squats 6 days a week youre probs not training efficently. doesnt really matter that you change your stance/bar position your quads/ glutes should still be blasted.

                I guess Im assuming you were training for strength tho which might not be true

                                Ya know I have a good friend that's a powerlifter, and he squats "barefoot" (wears socks) and swears by it. I always squat in shoes, if there's a difference I don't think it's big enough for a casual lifter to care. Do whatever is comfortable.
