i got the top one from shop in toronto called blue tile lounge the deck is by krooked you can just search shops that carry them and ask them to order that one its on their site somewhere.

Never heard of madball wheels. the bottom board has rictas which i liked the best and top has spitfires which slide better for doing 360s and stuff.
