for whites (I'm white) it's all about attitude
when someone (white) acts timid, whether or not they use 'nigga' they're already marked out by their own ways so if they're actin fucking weird AND drop an n-bomb, yeah they're unconsciously seeking being snuffed
then again i know some whites who say crazy racist shit joking with blacks, in some cases complete strangers, and get treated fine, even become friends with the people because...it's all about attitude and presentation...we can all appreciate each other's craziness and know not to be serious azz cunts in the right context..regardless of race

most privileged whites I know who use it 'in private' aka at the country club or wherever they hang out, seem to get off to it, and are the poor-attitude having timid, basically marks, i was talking about who i fuckin avoid...
i don't see any need to use it myself 'cause it doesn't feel correct
