im nearly 32 weekes pregnant and having really bad sharp pains constant all over mr tummy espically pains going towards my belly button, and n my pelvis. also they have now started to go up my back.please can you tell me what this means, ive tryed sitting lying and nothing is making it better. im in so much pain. also ive have been like this for the past nearly two hours. thank you.
