T-Rex? A killer? Nah nigga. He is quite possibly the most average "legend" there is. He could beat some people sure, but he doesn't have anything about him that stands out at all. I couldn't name a quotable from him if I tried and I've put myself through a couple Rex battles.

I thought that one was pretty hot.
I agree T-Rex is overrated as hell but to he is really consistent though, and always has a few sick bars. Kind of like Arsonal.

He bodied him and his boring single syllable rhymestyle, together with his boring bars when they battled. Then bodied him again when he wanted to let him pay for his own flight and his own hotel to battle in DF.

1.) Lux (Out of pure influence. A year later you've still got people debating that battle and arguing his status. That's enough for a top spot.)
2.) JC (Nigga is flawless when he's on. Incorporates all aspects of battling into his bars seamlessly and doesn't have to force his punches. Almost all of them hit when they're supposed too.)
3.) Aye Verb (It's Verb, 'nuff said.)
4.) Illmaculate (Pen game is actually incredible, losses to black people aside. And I maintain that he actually beat Ars. His first 2 > Ars's first 2)
5.) Bender (Still one of the GOATs)
6.) Pat Stay
7.) The Saurus
8.) Diz (when he's on, he can destroy. He just hasn't been on lately)
9.) QP (doesn't battle enough for my tastes)
10a.) Eurgh (again, doesn't battle enough. But when he does he can beat almost anyone. Don't see how anyone could say DNA beat him. Clear 3-0.)
10b.) Ill Will (I was feeling him a little bit and he kinda rounds out my 10 [11])

Rex has way more qualities than flaws...

I'm sure that's true, he wouldn't be as relevant as he is if it wasn't. But just because he has those qualities doesn't mean he's anywhere close to a good battler as a result.

But it does when combine that with his resume, his win/loss record and his long career.

His pen game isn't notably technical, and he seems pretty dumb to boot, but he's got a character, performance, aggression, delivery and lyrics that are all in sync, and that is an effective asset in this game.
