Potential new destinations for Riyad Mahrez and N‘golo Kante?

PSG has been strongly linked with Kante, and paying a £20 million buyout clause is the least of their worries. But how well would he integrate into their squad? They already have a similar player in Matuidi, so if they're not buying him to be a rotation player, it‘s pretty obvious he‘ll be looking to replace the aging Brazilian-Italian Tiago Motta. And while Kante Isn't exactly an anchor type of DM, he can offer what he has offered for Leicester all season long: running, fighting, solidity, discipline, defensive awareness, quick transition, even end products from time to time... PSG‘s new formed midfield would consist of 3 dynamic top class players, and they are Veratti, Matuidi and Kante. I can still see Motta having a important role in this team, and quite honestly, I‘d still prefer him as a starter until Kante settles in completely (of course, if Motta can stay on top of his game like last season). He should get plenty of games nonetheless, even with having Rabiot as a fierce competition. Let‘s be honest, the lack of squad depth, particularly in the midfield, costed PSG the quater-final L vs Man City, and I don't think Laurent Blanc will make the same mistake next season.

But the list goes on and on... All top clubs are interested


On the other hand, the Algerian sensation Riyad Mahrez (now valued at £35 million) has made it clear he wants to leave the club at summer, and there surely won‘t lack interest from other major clubs. His dream club is Barcelona, but I doubt that transfer would ever come to fruition. I personally think he‘d be a perfect fit for Bayern Munich, Arsenal, PSG, Man City, Roma, Liverpool... Basically any club that plays with 2 wingers and a lone striker (except Real and Barca where he would most likely be their 2nd option). The highest bidder should secure his talents, so if I can put it on some kind of shortlist, I‘m predicting Man City and Man Utd (maybe even PSG, depending on how the Cavani situation resolves) will lead the race for the signature of this season‘s PFA player of the year.

Juventus are in for him and he would honestly do well there imo but Chelsea or Real Madrid is where he should go. Although he would do well at City if guardihoela can relent on his boring approach.

Mahrez should go to PSG or Chelsea

Ranieri got like 5mil bonus for winning the league but the players only got a bonus for finishing higher than 11th

Kouyate, Benatia, Xhaka, Mahrez & Embolo for Rosicky, Mert, Arteta, Walcott & Giroud.

I'd die happily if that happens. The fans been crying out loud for a striker and a DM for ages.
Elneny was a good signing, but a squad overhaul is absolutely needed now.
