Smiley issues here

Don't have all the time needed now, but noticed more than a few smileys were hotlinked (hosted on site other than otbva) ....

if anyone has any interest in not losing these images either add to this thread or let staff know imo

Now uploaded to imgur: (but should be uploaded to site itself or staff owned server)

Why is this an issue?

Sites usually dont like it when you steal their bandwidth/images. They'll switch up urls or block hotlinking altogether, leaving your smileys non-existent.

Hosting em on a free host like tinypic, photobucket, imgur, etc... cool for speed, not cool for stability in keeping images.


Other notes: lot of these smileys are ass/i dont get them

Even more important other note: When adding smileys to otbva server @Gwame should restrict hotlinking
