hallway and hall of shame disappear sometimes

not a complaint really but every once and a while when i load the site the hallway and hall of shame don't show up on the main page. if i reload the main page a couple times they usually show up. it doesn't happen every time but i thought i would just bring it up in case anyone else was have the same problem or if something on the site is messing up a little.
figured i would just bring it to the attention of the mods

could also just be on my end , if no one else is having this problem then just forget it
