I tried to change my avatar but it won't let me upload anything over 19.5KB anyone know why? And also trying to put a gif in my signature I uploaded the pic but how do i get it to show up when I post?

2.Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 160 by 150 pixels or 953.67 MB (whichever is smaller).
User CP - Edit Signature - Paste the image url in your signature - Wrap [IMG] [/"IMG] (without quotation mark) around the link.
