I honestly notice a difference in how much smoother my engine runs on the highest octane.

My truck gains 2 extra miles per gallon and my SUV close to 3. It's about 3.29 for the high and 2.69 for the low atm. That's math I don't feel like doing but best bet is go mid-grade so it seems like I added something to the thread.
