Thing about primewire or gostream is 95% of the time the max quality available is like 540p, even though it says its 720p on alot of the files its simply not the case, they lose quality during the uploading process.
Thats why i use Icefilms or 2ddl they always have the clean 720p + files, its abit more of a pain to stream from these 2 places but once u do it a few times ull start flying through.
I suggest you go download VLC player if you havent done so already.

Kodi is really only worth it if its on a fire stick or something.
If you have your laptop plugged into your TV youre better off just doing it the way i suggested just because its cuts out the middle man and is faster.
All the sites i posted are the sources Kodi uses to begin with.
Though to be fair i havent used Kodi going on 2 years now so its prolly got some neat updates and prolly runs faster than it used to, just in my experience it was a waste of time.
I basically have 2 processes in which i stream stuff. Both pretty simple.
Process 1: I have an extension on chrome and firefox whatever im using that reads all the media sources on a given webpage and allows me to download, whether it be movies, images, songs etc.
Dunno if they still offer it in the extension shop but it was called "Video Downloader Get em all"
And when youre on a site like primewire or whatever janky site you were on Tuna you click the blue arrow in the corner while the extension is activated and it gives you a direct link to the video on their server.
That way you dont have to deal with the pop ups or have to watch it on their website. You simply copy that link and paste it into VLC player and it streams fine.
Process 2: Very similar to process 1 when i use Icefilms or 2ddl they give you a few sources to choose from, some are stream and download some are just download. Generally speaking the Download only versions have the best quality but you dont have to download the whole file/movie/show. You just initiate the download, and as it starts you go to the 3 dots or lines in the right corner whatever browser youre using, go to the active downloads and pause the download. Then right click and copy the direct link that your browser is downloading from and paste that link into VLC as well.
Keeps you from filling up your computer with files and u can still stream crispy HD.
