Definitely hear the difference between the work one and the one recorded at the crib.


1st roo came off with much more of a feel of urgency, you can hear it plain as day.
2nd was much more of a chill and fun vibe.


Both works in different ways imo. It all depends what your rapping in the moment about and how you try to approach it. The urgency adds more to the rawness of it and can carry more emotional weight to the words you're saying/or believability/ or can just sound more dope depending on the subject matter.


Obviously if it's a free you can only see so far ahead with where you are going with it with each fleeting moment. I visualize it as being in the center of a jungle at night (comical analogy right but it works in this instance) and swinging from vine to vine of different trees( the trees are a representation of different subjects/thoughts/past experiences/a pre disposed pattern somewhat of words ect)- i.e. thought to thought/ rhyme to rhyme.

The interesting thing about it, you do it enough you utilize somewhat of the same words/rhymes becomes somewhat of a pattern with multiple branch off paths and routes. How much of it is conscious and subconscious is too much to get into.


Example take Super Natural, Him rapping about different shit in his bedroom over and over again throughout the yrs led him able to do it live with people in a crowd since it became easier.
One thing you take into account certain things will always be their like cell phones, keys ect. Him rapping about the same thing repeatedly as a free will eventually become a pre disposed pattern somewhat with just slight variations with some words in place of others.
