Okay theres great news.

I found out about why the volume was so low.

Something called "Master Volume Reduction" which sets it at "60b-" I believe as to why it's so low. I had took it off so it wouldnt do that.

Also I resetted the app so its working perfectly. Also the Google Play been updating the studio app which was throwing me off. I got two options for recording when I run latency... Android version 5 or higher was standard audio and Android version was 4.0 or lower was OpenLES. So Google play updated two days ago and my app changed the latency choices. So now OpenLES is Android 5 or higher (which I have a 7.0 Android) and standard is 4.0 or lower now. But... I have to record everything again though. Shouldnt take long two new tracks will be here soon.
