Iirc you have 3 options on the wheel for handling. Normal, cruise and sport. Have you fiddled with those?

mine has slow and slower (eco and non eco)?
and actually it doesnt work any more cause i flicked it so much

I mean if you want to go high end on your budget I'd def go with the Range Rover Sport.

Can probably get a 2014 supercharged for around your budget. Nasty.
