Idk. I'm sorry, its really hard for me to take a broken arm needing rehab serious. I have broken plenty of bones and never once had rehab. I broke my hand and ended up getting RSD in it, but I still never went to rehab. I don't see the point in having my insurance or myself pay for someone to watch me curl a ball, flex tendons and ligaments, and work on muscle strength when you could do all of that from home at the same time you eat a hot pocket.

Yeah that's what I'm doing I'm doing Rehabilitation at home it would cost me too much money to go to a place to do that type of thing. I might be better in about a month from now

I think it's more so to limit the possibility of over-exertion and gradually building you back up at a pace that won't risk reinjury opposed to those trying to force themselves back to 100 at home
