There are people that spend hours upon hours in the gym, spend hours meal prepping, put a ton of work in. And their physiques definitely show that work. But if you just want to look good, an hour is typically enough. I remember some interview with The Rock where he said he works out for like 4 hours, twice a day (8 hours total) or some shit. Obviously it pays off, as he's gargantuan, but it's unnecessary for most.
the mother of all lifts. try to find a gym with diamond (trap) bars, theyre the only way to deadlift. even if you have great tech with a regular bar it still puts a lot of strain on your back. athletes only deadlift with trap bars aside from romanian deadlifts
