ok am not an expert i never even heard the term spree shooting so i googled it

for that kind of thing (rampage killing) - norway, finland, slovakia, israel, switzerland all come ahead of america

and norway (number 1) has restrictive gun laws

so the chart basically says because of those countries tiny populations, one rampage will spike the ratio of rampages vs people statistic


But if you look at total rampage shootings, that statistic proves meaningless as all those countries have 1 or 2, and america has 38

The argument in america is that criminals will have guns either way. having access to guns legally can prevent you from getting shot by criminals, etc

they twisted the figures
norway finland etc do have more mass shootiing fatalities but it's because of specific shootings like the one big one in norway

the column that says how many incidents has america way in the lead
