Oh yeah and at some point in your mid 40s people will stop looking or caring about your appearance anyway.

I do things to make me feel good. If other people want to do things that are horrible for them.....I HATE PEOPLE MORE THAN YOU OP, I actually wish bad posture on all of them, at least
