This the strongest i ever been in my life since i read that book

n the mini habits book is the most productive ive ever been imo from applying those ideas

some of the others i bought because they have really good reviews for effectiveness or they are based on scientific studies n not nessarily because i need my life impacted in those self improvement areas

this is my first time thinking of these as self help books tho (im not denying they are)

they have always been problem solving books to me

like when u identify a problem u can solve it yourself or see what known solutions already exist n other than that i dont read for fun so thats y all my boook are like selp help esque
