well the way it works is you have predetermined probabilities for things happening that are then modified by your race/class.

SO.

lets say our game starts off in chunces lair at the pumpkin fair. bino is gaurding the entrance and miami the halfork would make too much noise being dumb to simply walk up or bino would awake.

so me the sneak theif roll a 1/4 chance to pick pocket bino and get it by an act of the gods and i steal binos phone while allows us to hack his pms and expose pics of him dressing like a woman.

the problem is miamis alignment is chaotic evil so after seeing the pics he impales bino through the chest with bino's own arm leaving him bleeding to death with no chance of survival. (he only has 1hp and no skills)

yoooo in the first season (or maybe the second one?) there was an old dude with white hair and real long goat tee and he would walk around all hunchback and slow but there was a scene where he was alone with a hooker and you can see he walks fine and then intentionally before walking out in public he goes back into hunch mode whatever happened to that dude and was there any significant plot point that became of him faking his oldness? my bad if stupid question.
