30's a milestone for sure. It definitely made me start to calculate my time left on this earth, but it was actually all positive. Helped to propel me to do things I really wanted to start doing in life. I sold my business and got a nine to five, which gives me the opportunity to do more in my spare time. Taking more time to spend with family and friends and concentrating on improving my health for the long run. From 330 lbs. to currently 210 is one of my proudest accomplishments, but also incredibly shameful.

30 can be a beautiful age, if you use the motivation properly. Find your passion and start living your life to the fullest.
