if i understood the wilson interview, he was saying he shot mikebrown one time and mikebrown ran and then mikebrown turned around and ran towards the gunfire

I believed once MB scuffled with him he realized he probably can legally kill him n rushed to close that window so even if MB was surrendering he didnt process it / cared, which I do believe MB was surrendering
