Ross is the best and it's not even close, but I will say Don Cartergena is a CLASSIC. I'm sure the younger crowd ain't up on it like that, but man he had banger after banger. Pun writing the lyrics didn't hurt either.

Nowadays i love beats more than rhymes and funny thing i noticed another nigga with great ear for beats is wack ass LIL B

seriously aside from his gimmicks i always thought the reason why he got famous is cause he can choose dope ass beats that are so good that he can literally say bullshit on em and still sound fire!!
