Why you guys think before weed got legalized the US and Europe got flooded with synthetic weed - spice gold.

It was a test run to see how people can handle it and to perfect it - then it got banned. After that they only kept releasing other synthetic drugs that don't imitate weed and that have different side/effects. These of course won't get banned.
