his new album has some fun joints, Rodeo is better though

Not even denying that, just saying that at least he's one of the few out there rapping over his own production

          Gotta respect that imo

Nas and Common are also two of the greatest rappers of all time to me, so it's not like you put him with shitty company lmao

I'm going to wait to form an opinion on this until I see what the majority of people here think, then I'm going to choose the opposite of that

Mike Dean did a lot of his shit. Dude's a legend in Houston. Travis Scott is a poser, his Nardwuar interview made him look dumb. Basically a hype kid with the machine behind him and the right cosigns. Who you know...

I've been listening to this nonstop. This album is incredible.

Travis is alright, definitely not the most skilled in anything but his productions are great.

Rodeo was alright; started off strong but fizzled out a bit.

Birds in the Trap was pretty bad though, don't think he'll be able to top Days Before Rodeo.

Unfortunately he's repetitive as hell when it comes to how he vocally projects lyrics so most of his recent shit sounds boring, mindless and dull.
🌸 I just make trap beats tbh.

yea after listening to it for the past couple weeks i don't really think Birds has much depth at all, production-wise and content-wise. It's just decent for some party music. Plus the mixing sounds rushed

A lot of the shit on Rodeo was super unique and layered, way more to sink into
