Why do people hate on G - eazy?

lamentably, most of the hip hop heads or devotees and overall people i've met around the area tend to take a large dislike to his music and call him a "cultural vulture" and fake among other things.

Not just because he's white, I believe a lot has to do with his uncommon appearance, he's quite singular considering no one has the 50's look in modern hip hop.

But I just find it irrational how people can say these things blindly.

He's a person who more than deserves to be where he's at, Geralds been putting out music since 2005 and only now is he getting recognition.

He's released more than 10 high quality mix tapes while touring for over a decade, it's baffling how people are now trying to make it out as if he's just some culture vulture with no care for the art form. He didn't do this overnight, it's been a long process.

Just something I had in my mind, but yep, what songs do you guys like from him?

Can't help but assume that he's only as popular as he is because he's a presentable looking white guy
