Arsonal is a legend.......but won't ever be mentioned as Top 5 of all time.......both Hollow and Mook turned down big money to battle Arsonal......so that's that........I think Arsonal will battle Tay Roc for sure can't call it after that.......but with that being said I haven't seen a battler say they was retiring and stay retired
