Can we once and for all put this to bed? You URL stans are delusional and bringing down the quality of OTBVA.
Let's go through this, point by point.
What is a URL stan?
A stan is someone who is delusional and goes hard for a specific league for no good reason. They lie to themselves and ignore reality and evidence that refutes their beliefs, yet cherry-pick any piece of data that supports their delusions.
These are the guys coming on OTBVA polluting the forum with wack ass URL threads, reaching at every chance they get to promote URLand talk shit on GZ battles-- and seriously, you guys reach hard, pause.
URL stans be like:
"KOTD event started 20 mins EARLY= KOTD is dead, RIP"
URL about to break the internet with this next BATTLE
URL had the best event of all time
URL puts on another classic, RIP KOTD
And all sorts of other DELUSIONAL statements. You guys are playing yourselves. Notice how every time you say something positive about URL, you then jump out the window and say RIP KOTD
It's fine that you like URL and get excited, but it's when you insist that KOTD is trash that shows how delusional you are and therefore, we can't respect your opinions.
Every time you say KOTD RIP, all you're doing is showing your insecurities and lose all credibility.

You know in your fucking hearts that GZ battles is the number one league. You can't deny that it's the biggest platform, has the best talent, and has consistently been a staple and force in battle rap. Smack has been pushing this culture forward for the last decade.
But, that doesn't mean that GZ is better than KOTD.
It's a competition. Smack and Organik have both said that the leagues are in it to kill each other and steal youtube views They appeal to different demographics and each have their own lane.
Let's keep arguing over who's better and hate on both for what they do best.

KOTD has more nerds and experiment more with different forms of battle rap that appeal to no one who doesnt enjoy battlerap
Both leagues throw overhyped, unsuccessful events and have dickriding fan bases. This is great for the culture. It uplifts battle rap.
Honestly, I don't want a culture where KOTD exists. And you don't want a culture where URL doesn't exist.
Think about that for a minute. What would you do if URL didn't exist. Who would you talk shit about? GZ battles or AHAT
They both push each other, fill different niches, and put out overhyped battles.
