Cold turkey is the best way imo, just stop. I understand its rough but its a nice little challenge, after 3 days or so it shouldnt be that bad, just buy a soda or some gum everytime you go to by cigs instead.
tbh i was wasted so this was somethin just to stop me from smokin last night.i had a couple of puffs of it this mornin but i feel like i've got it this time hopefully.
