album sales don't hurt the artists.. they have plenty of options to make money; commercials, touring/interviews.. i would only buy the album if i really like the artist.

Trust if this goes down it will be waaay harder to pirate. This will allow corporations to sue places like piratebay mediafire facebook, ect (yes even facebook, the bill will basically make facebook responsible for what their users post). if this shit passes it will more than likely be the demise of pirating and it will have to get migrated into the deep web.
It won't matter if your in Canada tbh all the sites you download from will be responsible for all content on the website. That means the end of piracy.
