Reality is smack is busy pushing Ill will as his next thing and he's already seen too many potential battles play out on tages that aren't his.
Will could do a few things vs real deal.
He could 1). body real deal and say fuck kotd (best case scenario for smack)
2). Have a debateable classic ( bringing kotd a bunch of views and making his status as the next big thing questionable)
3.) Get bodied by a white guy who smack has kept on the fringes infront of a westcoast crowd that likes jokes.
4) stay home and thrill his boss smack by showing loyalty that his vets haven't.

# 4 takes the least effort and sets him up for bigger pay outs down the line.
Disappointing to not see the battle but it makes sense for Will.
If indeed organik knew 3 days prior he should have alerted the people about to spend money
