aiight...this is the reason i stopped working out a while ago.
Every time i start a new regimen, two things happen:
1. I get sick...which i found a way to combat using amino suppliments
or
2. (real question here) Im sore as fuck and not in peak mode when im done and for at least 24hrs. so what yall do to remedy this?
ex: yesterday, i was cleaning up the hedges using a sword. Yes a samurai type sword, doing the kung fu kart wheels and shit while im hacking at the little/medium branches and shit. but now my forearms are fucked. couldve been from the sword slashin or rearranging the 45 plates.
but if you work out 6 days a week, all the time, youre shit is gonna be fucked up when it comes time to use it? yes.no?
