    if you lower you're bf% you'll have abs

    just do some more cardio and voila

            Push ups

            Do 20 and stop for 15 seconds, even if ur not tired

            Then do 20 and stop for 15 seconds again

            Repeat and u can't do anymore

            Then stop for a minute and then do as much as possible

            No matter how much u do at the end of this ur heart rate will be jacked and ur arms will be sore

            This take like 5 minutes

            Do it daily IMO and ull be one ripped mawfucka

                I do go to the gym lol...plus eating good is super important.

                            apart from that, $10 skip rope...

                            start with 2 min sets, 2 min breaks.
                            4 times, maybe once or twice a day...

                            adding a minute or 30 seconds each week if you can
                            till you're doing 5 min 1 min break sets.

                            good cardio.

                              Thats a good idea, I usually do 3 sets of 40-60 then move onto bench press/curls smh
