Do you think it would be possible to move to a part of the world where law enforcement is scarce, 3rd world countries etc, with a ton of money, then create a costume and amass a large amount of weapons and body armor, then start to recruit the local towns people to be in your army with promises of food and protection, then use them to take out whatever warlord is there, and bring peace to their country?

In theory, would this work?
