Its probably a .rar file

you'll need something to extract the files. http://www.7-zip.org/

Once you extract the files there should be an .exe or set up program that will install it.

yea it's a rar, i was just have problems in the setup

turns out it's because i have 32 bit windows and that was the 64 bit version

i think i found a torrent of the one i need
