Just relevant experience to the job opening that I have.

People think a resume should be universal, but people really should conform their resume based on each job, so they can showcase their skills that they have that our relevant to the current job opening that they are applying to.

Plus it's not what you know but who you know. 50% of all jobs never get posted on the internet, but get filled internally through referrals from employees.

I work at a 99% all white company

A (black) friend at my current company, referred me and I got a job there and I referred another (black) friend of mine and he got job there as well.

Good Ol' Boy network, white folks perfected it, and we trying to do the same thing.
