Idk [MENTION=24878]Snoopy-Sneeze[/MENTION] just told me a multi is when you count the syllables in your bars to match each other.

I did 1 multi per 2 bars, I guess that's the typical? I legit use to only write lines that matched in syllables and at most I'd do 4 bars/lines like that.

I was told bars can be anything, any line is considered a bar despite what danny meyers says. I used to think bars were the Syllables of words you count in the lines but apparently that is what multis is which doesn't make sense. Apparently saying things like Gay/Gay (homosexual/happy) isn't multis but just Wordplay, I used to think word play was only things that flip off words like

The S from c goes replaces the L in land and makes Sand, and this also makes actual sense in real life because water erodes the land to make sand but that's getting more into the bar it's self not what im really talking about here.

but like when things mean two or more things at the same time I thought that was what multis meant cuz its literally multiple meanings. But see like now im confused because yall tell me I don't got multis and they like you don't got multis so im like okay whats a multi?
