LOL at the votes on this. I give this to 18th Letter. Like... Clearly. This shouldn't even be debatable but since no one else explained their votes I guess they just can say whatever they want without explanation.

18th had better punchlines & wordplay all over. Don't see how this could have went the other way in any possible outcome unless it was live on stage & his performance was better. I guess bars went over ppl heads or something.

Honestly yea if 18th's verse was cut short to the length of Memp's verse he would have won. He more punches within that bar limit BUT.... He made me bored with his shit by making it so long. He doesnt get a automatic L for length but for not keeping me entertained once he decided on penning soo many bars. If i get to the point where i cant finish ya shit, you lost.
