If DC loses to Jon i wouldnt be surprised if he has a title fight vs Stipe at some point before calling it a career.

I dont disagree tbh, I guess your right 12-14 months would be ideal to fully heal and it must be tough with the fans wanting to see you fight. but at this point if cain gets hurt again after a long break like this than he needs to call it quits

A rematch on the ground would look exactly the same, with the added chance of Maia subbing Gunnar this time around instead of just shutting him down and nullyfying any offense.

Maia has one loss by sub in grappling, to Rumulo Barall, who is lightyears ahead of Nelson and who would destroy Nelson with ease in a grappling comp.

Gunnar's grappling record is 4 - 5 (as in 4 wins 5 losses) Vinny Magalhes 3 - 0'd him and Ribeiro finished him with a kneebar.
