Yep, although I'm not a fan of Silva aside from going up in weight he fought tougher opponents than Mighty Mouse.

Mighty Mouse is also a coward. He claims the reason he wouldn't go up in weight is because "wants to break Anderson's title defense record". Although if he did go up in weight and lose it wouldn't count as a title defense anyway, and could still break the record.

He just doesn't want to go up in weight, because he knows he'll lose. He knows he's not the p4p best. That's why he was asking for a crazy amount of money to fight Cruz. He'll lose again 100% so he uses that as an excuse.
