Much to penn's success was due to him mixing up great technique and explosive reflexes, the latter is what he is currently lacking nowadays. If Penn were to look great against Siver, i imagine him fighting the winner of Holloway/mendez for the title shot. That match is not set in stone but those are the only 2 top 5 fighters without a fight atm.

i dont see nick diaz ever being a champ in the UFC, I just dont see that "It" factor in him, he sleepwalks through fights, hes fuckin good but...doesnt have that extra push to be a champ if that makes sense
