I'm 99% sure they're not going to prescribe an illegal (in MMA) diuretic for a hard weight cut. It's counter productive.

I'm no doctor, but wouldn't prescribing a diuretic after a hard weight cut be the opposite of what you'd want to do? Unless you're trying to mask something?Comment

might have something to do with blood levels dropping after a hard weight cut and duretic pills could help with that in some way
