Naw it's true tho, he throws those kicks to slow his opponents movement throw them off balance, the kicks to the body with the spin actually fucks up his opponents, when he kicks you trust me they feel it, if he hits someone with one of those spinning head kicks I think he would KO them!

No, I mean his flashy kicks. He throws and lands some decent kicks (not denying that).

However, he throws a lot of flashy kicks that miss 99% of the time. There isn't a deeper reason behind it. There used to be a compilation on YouTube of all the kicks he throws and misses, it's usually the wheel kick.
