      so now that mcgregor is a licenced boxer he is covered by the Ali act.

      I wonder how this will all play out now because conor could claim his UFC contract is coercive in that it has a restrictive provision not allowing conor to box and that he is a licensed under the american boxing commision and the UFC is claming exclusive rights which is illegal.

      its especially interesting that he got his license in California and not NY or Nevada too since boxer contracts have to receive written approval by the california commission to be considered valid

          the real question is, is the UFC as slick as they think they are?

          IMO they shoulda tried to step in legally from the start and not allow him to apply for his licence for whatever BS reason they can think of at least to drag this out before its too late
