fighters union/association meaning all the fighters get paid more is a huge misconception. they just collectively negotiate overall instead of fighter by fighter. so maybe the minimum win and show money would go up but there would still be guys making like 20/20 and guys like conor making millions off of ppv.

probably more stuff like healthcare/cancellation and injury payment and all that kind of stuff that managers are suppose to take care of but are incapable i guess

Yeah, it's just going to make it more like a "job". I think it will be more health care and shit like that. Probably have higher fight minimums. Not by much I'm assuming.
