idk, he used to be above all this type of thing, he used to be the mindgames master. i think his confidence might have taken a hit after the whole Real/Casillas/Ronaldo situation

he apparently also really really really wanted Liverpool. wouldnt be surprised if he eventually ends up there tbh. something about his dad/fam being fans of LFC

as far as i know he always said Man Utd was his dream job.
and re. the mindgames that's true but you can do that without constantly going to dirty levels imo
he's now slating his own players (Shaw recently) aswell that's not a good sign of control for JM.

I mean after he left Porto. He wanted LFC instead of Chelsea. That's my point, this is below him, and it started imo at Real Madrid. I don't think he/his authority have been questioned untill he got to Madrid. He's always been a dick, but a relatively classy one at least

Edit: it seems the problem, one he had never faced before Real afaik, is having rats inside the locker room. Think Gary Neville spoke on it a couple of days ago.

As he puts it in the book, Perez asked Mourinho to "clean the club" from the rotten personalities that were holding it back. Fortunately for all of our sakes, he named the worst of them.

Beasley writes: "He revealed he had turned down an approach to go back himself, saying: ‘President loves me and wanted me to go and clean it, clean s*** people like Pepe, [Iker] Casillas, [Sergio] Ramos, Marcelo. I told him too late.'"
