kane would do a lot better if he had a proper midfield behind him

sorry but rooney just aint a midfielder to me. he got nice turns and loves to fkin hit that diagonal pass and spread it doesnt he, but i don't think he does much good for the team balance and creating chances for striker

i can't see him getting dropped tho, so i guess it gotta be the team that started the 2nd half. vardy sturridge and lallana up front.

Biggest factor why kane doesn't work is is because he needs a guy directly behind him instead of 2 box to box running men. Game approach is way more open at England so you need a mobile striker that can make something happen out of the blue like Sturridge and Welbeck.

England really miss a dembele type of player, Milner doesn't cut it.

Would expect Italy to beat Sweden but you never know with them. Hoping they can get a goal early cause I can't see Sweden winning if they have to press for a goal, they'll get killed on the counter. Still not convinced with their striking options, especially if fucking Eder starts again.
