The 24th team on this prestigious list is a team whove made a few changes this offseason have some talent on defense. They brought in a career backup QB coming off a solid season after getting a chance to start due to injury. They had some good draft picks and are in a position to impress this year but need to prove it.

24th spot goes to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Coming in at 31 is a team that struggled at QB last year and was very inconsistent on offense in general. Their offense was mediocre exiting the 2013-14 season and will be so entering the 14-15 season even after signing Eric Decker and Michael Vick to infuse talent in the huddle. Besides that no real improvements were made and their defense isnt quite as good as people think.

#31 spot belongs to the New York Jets.
