Going to need a quick rundown.

The "Juelz" person in that conversation is OP (Super Mario), he's been a creep for a long time so some people decided to run a little test to see how creepy he was. They posed as a local 14 year old girl looking to start rapping.

Look at OP's threads on this site alone, they're all like "How to craft a multi!" and shit like that, which is the same song on various sites. So they used that information (his inaccurate assumption that he knows how to write) to lure him in.

As you can see they didn't have to try very hard to get him to agree to meet, and subsequently fuck a 14 year old girl.
